I salute Marcos Questas for a fabulous Las Vegas Tango Party last weekend.
The teachers were superb, the Riviera Hotel was glorious, the floor show
entertainment was exciting and the cost was very reasonable. Three all-night
milongas. . . on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. . . I felt like I was back in BsAs,
with Gavito joking around with Gloria and Eduardo, live music, the masters
dancing around us and the best DJs in the business playing not only tangos,
milongas and vals, but also conchengye and candombe. Couple it all with that
fabulous Las Vegas sun, sunsets, watching the billions of lights of the Vegas
landscape from the ballroom at the top of the Riv, crystal clear air so you could
see for endless miles and sparkling water down at the pool . . . Well, it just
doesn't get any better than that!
Looking forward to seeing you next year at your NEW hotel. . . don't keep us
in suspense toooooo long!
