People, take note that this "International Tango Congress" is apparently a
renamed/redressed version of the infamous Mephisto festival that last year
in Paris packed its unfortunate victims for four nights into a scruffy
gymnasium with no beer or wine, an impossibly overcrowded dance floor and
the worst music I've ever heard at an international tango event.

There are many great European tango festivals to choose from - look for
those that have a track record on the list at
