Astrid says:

1 - "> Milongueo del ayer : means : The product resulting from the act of
dancing

>milonga in the old times.

And what kind of product would that signify?
Could that not be simply another misprint , like Julio said?"

2 - " The language of Argentina is Castilian but and archaic form is used
for

>familiar speech.
>

So, is the Argentine "vos" archaic Castilian, similar to the medieval "Ihr"
instead of "Sie" in German (which correspond perfectly to "vos (otros)" and
"ustedes")?"

1 - What kind of product would that signify? My "walk" is the product of
the action of my walking.

This is the sense of the word "Milongueo" in that phrase.

This is not a misprint . The use of these verbal-noun forms are common in
Argentina.

Milonguear - milongueo The product of milonguear is "the resulting milonga"
.

One could say : " at La Ideal hay un milongueo muy lindo por las tardes" At
La Ideal people dance milonga very nicely in the afternoons.

Canturrear - canturreo Julian para che! me tenes cansado con ese canturreo.
Julian shut up! I am tired of listening to your singing. Canturreo is the
product of the act of Canturrear (tu sing).

contonear - contoneo Contonear is to move the hips from side to side,
contoneo is the result of such a motion. Ella tiene un muy lindo contoneo.
She moves her hips very nicely.

2 - In German Ihr - Sie (Du) - in Argentina Vos - Ud. Uds. - In
English Thou - You

In Old Castilian "Vos" was used in the singular address . If i addressed a
person I would say :

"Vos sois bella" (You are beautiful). The verbal part lost the "I" to
become "Vos sos bella".

"Vos estais equivocado" (you are wrong) became "vos estas equivocado".
etc, etc.

Ihr sind shone = Sie sind shone. Vos would be more like Du bist shone.

Where art thou? = Where are you?

Vos sos bella = Tu eres bella

I hope this helps, Sergio
