May Bob Moretti rest in peace, in the Eternal joy!

I met him for the first time at the milonga in Los Altos. I had been
studying Tango for less than a year. I admired his dancing and approached
him at some point in the evening to express my admiration to him. I remember
saying : "When I'll be able to dance even just a little bit as you dance,
with such control over your balance, I'll be happy". He laughed and
graciously said to me that I didn't have to worry, that I'd be just fine...

He subsequently almost always made an encouraging comment on my dancing when
we would run into each other at the milongas. I appreciated his natural
jovial persona and his good manners. I also appreciate what he did for Tango
in the Bay Area.
