I think you are referring to Facundo Posadas, Kelly is the name of his wife.
Facundo describes himself as descending from indians (natives ) , you can fin the story as recalled by Facundo Posadas at their site . Being descendant from indians is not the same as the line of thought you are talking about , I am afraid you are pulling a rope that is getting thinner and thinner each time.

The site of Facundo and Kelly is .

Follows what Facundo says about his origins, in his website.

My full name is Carlos Facundo Posadas Beard. Beard is the surname of my maternal grandfather born in the US, in the XIX century, since I don't know which was the accurate date, I thing it would be between the '65 and '70. He came to Argentina as driver of a wealthy family that owned vineyards in Mendoza and he met my grandmother there. She was descendant of Indians (native of the region). My mother was born in that place in 1901. I am nephew-grandson of Don Carlos Posadas, author of more than 40 tangos, among them: "El toto", El jaguel", " Retirao ", Cordon de Oro", among others. Many of them performed by the orchestras of A.Troilo, C.Di sarli, H.Salgan.

My 2 cents:

What about Carlos Posadas related to Kelly Posadas
Violinist, guitarist, pianist, composer and leader

I am not sure if Kelly Posadas subscribes to this tango list, but certainly
his comments would be very helpful in this topic of Blacks and the origin(s)
of tango.
