Dear Listeros,
Al and I are happy to announce that we have begun teaching tango in Puerto
Vallarta. We are teaching at the municipal Centro Cultural Cuale, and have
a lovely class well-balanced in terms of gender, Mexicans and gringos, and
ages. The class is in both Spanish and English. We were helped by being able
to do exhibitions at events sponsored by the municipality, and by good
publicity in local papers. The cost is extremely affordable so anyone who
wants can attend. We'll send updates from time to time on progress, and
certainly when a regular practica and/or milonga is established.

Mexico City?


Information I have is that is on the second floor of a restaurant in the
Zona Rosa, but I need more information, Please

Club Arrabalero
in Hotel Viena

I used to go down there on the bus from San Miguel de Allende to dance when I
lived in Mexico.
They usually have live music.

The milonga is in the Bar Arrabelero of the restaurant El Asado
Argentino. I don't have the address, but the telephone number is:
55-92-70-71. It is a very nice place with a wood floor and mirrors,
and the food is also very good. The several times I have been there,
they have always had a live band. The bandoneonista is great. They
play music suitable for dancing.
