Subject: Tango surface you can roll up?
Could someone tell me what this thing is called... You can spread it on surfaces that are not suitable for dancing, and then you can roll it up like a carpet. It's big, and was used at an outdoors milonga in Berlin last night.
It's not great to dance on, but it doesn't look heavy, so I imagine you can move it around easilly and therefore can host milongas in a lot of exciting places where the floors are impossible to dance on.
If somebody knows what I'm trying to describe, could you tell me more about it? How much does it cost? Where can you buy it? And does it work on any surface (that is, does it really make dancing on an impossible surface possible, or does it only work where you can already dance tango? For example, could you use it on grass? I imagine not.)
Other than that and setting up a wooden platform somewhere, are there ways to make floors (outdoors and/or indoors) tangoable?
Thanks in advance.
