Here is an attempt on my part. Keep in mind that some words having
multiple meanings are difficult to translate with the same meanings to
another language.

Zaraza

White imprint that, all the days,
affixed to the yoke, you see me thrust;
partner of the long road
hour after hour I see you whitening.
Meanwhile, under the weight of the wheat,
those tired axes I feel their wail,
I, tying my anguish to this cry,
with song and whistles I partner well with you.

!To this imprint, imprint, zaraza,
imprint, imprint, knotted mess!
the ungrateful one will return to her household
she may even walk near by...
Were I to see her, zaraza,
I'd chat her up, just you wait...
!To this imprint, imprint, zaraza,
imprint, imprint, knotted mess!

Ox zaraza, your saddened eyes
gazing at the imprint seem to look for
the miracle of those little steps
which when leaving the ungreatful one
knew not to leave behind.
Partner that, united with me
to one same destiny, we must travel to,
we'll continue tracking this trail,
the same one forever we'll see whitening.

It's a start.

Dirk made an excellent translation of Zaraza. I am offereing another one
knowing that I cannot add anything to his but just to offer a slightly
different version.

The speaker is a man that transports wheat on a cart driven by an ox named
zaraza. He talks to the ox to say: The white path that you nailed to the
yolk see me to prod . (He refers to the use of a goad to stimulate the ox to
move). Then he addresses the path itself "my companion that hour after hour
I see bleaching (to whiten) and while the tired axes of the cart moan I put
my sorrow together and with songs and whistles I go along.

He talks to the ox again, keep on the path Zaraza,... do you think that the
ungrateful will return home or is she still wandering? Should I see her I
would talk to her, that's for sure. Keep on the track Zaraza, the path, the
track, alas!

He continues: ox Zaraza your sad eyes staring at the path seem to be looking
for the steps that that ungrateful neglected to print.
My companion, we are together, united, to follow the same destiny. We will
continue searching the path, always the same that we see as it bleaches.

Blanca huella que todos los dias
clavado en el yugo me ves picanear,
compaqera del largo camino
las horas enteras te veo blanquear;
mientras que, bajo el peso del trigo,
los ejes cansados los siento quejar,
yo anudando mi pena a esa queja
con cantos y silbos te se acompaqar.

White track that every day
nailed to the yolk you see me prodding,
companion on this long road
hour after hour I see you bleaching;
While under the weight of the wheat,
the tired axes I hear to moan,
I tie my sorrow to that moan
with songs and whistle I go along.

A la huella, huella, zaraza,
huella, huella guay!
Volvera la ingrata a su casa
o andara por ahi;
que si yo la viera, zaraza,
la hablare velay.
A la huella, huella, zaraza,
huella, huella guay.

To the track, path, Zaraza,
track, path, ay!
Will the ungrateful return home
or is she still wandering;
if I saw her zaraza,
I would talk to her, that's it.
To the track, path, zaraza,
track, path, ay!

Buey zaraza, tus ojos tristones

Ox zaraza, your sad eyes
staring at the path seem to be looking for
the miracle of those little steps
that the ungrateful neglected to print when she left.
Companion that united to me
must follow the same fate
we will continue searching the path,
the same one we forever see to bleach.
