Subject: Who is a milonguero

You know Barbara, now that I live here, the only thing I can say, is
that people seem to know. I have no idea who decides or how. I only
know that there are men who are called milongueros who dont dance well,
but men who dont dance are not called that even if they go to milongas
all the time. I never hear the word tanguero except when I am back in
the U.S. Maybe there is a secret committee somewhere that makes all
these decisions.
