I am just as guilty as anyone on this list, but I offer the following
reflexive observation:

For all the discussion about rudeness and inappropriate talking on the dance
floor....

we certainly have alot of rather loud and disquieting talking on Tango-L.

Maybe we should practice what we preach and have a moment of silence. Face
it, we are all teachers, as others have pointed out, simply because we all
enjoy tango and we dance.

Perhaps someone can come forward with a fresh topic. Say how is the weather
in Colorado during the Labor Day event? Or stories about the hazards of
dancing outdoors in mosquito-ridden areas like Minnesota. Is it considered
rude to swat and ocho at the same time?
